Service delivery / collection

We deliver and collect your vehicle from all over the island (airports, ports, hotels, etc).

Service points in Crete

You can find service points at every district in the island.

24/hours road assistance

We provide road service 24h basis in cooperation with the leading Greek road assistance company.

In case of damage / accident

We replace your car with a new one in case of breakdown or accident when the lessee is not at fault.

Arrivals after midnight

In case your arrival at the delivery point (airport, port etc.) is after midnight there is a charge.

Charges on delays

You are not charged anything extra in case of your flight or ship is delayed at the point of delivery (airport, port).

Baby and child seats

We provide secure child seats. Most vehicles are equipped with ISOFIX system for child seat positions in rear seats.

Parking at the delivery point

You are not charged for the parking cost of the car when the delivery and return point is at an airport (some auto hire companies charge this cost to the customers).

Important Notes

Things you have to know before reserving a car. Read these useful terms in order to be prepared:

  • Age Requirement

    The renter/main driver and any extra drivers must be a minimum of 25 years of age to a maximum of 75 years for all car categories.

  • Driver's License

    Drivers must have a valid license held for at least one year.

  • Fuel

    Fuel is always paid by the customer. The customer is obliged to return the car with the same level that he rented.

  • Traffic Fines and Administrative Sanctions

    According to the Greek Legislation violations of traffic regulations asserted during the lease borne exclusively by the driver and our company is required to give a copy of the lease to the Authority which will require it.

  • Full insurance is not valid for the below reasons

    • In case of accident due to drug or alcohol consumption of the driver named on the contract
    • In case of use of car from another driver who is not mentioned in the contract
    • In case the car is driven on non asphalt paved roads
    • In case of loss or damage of car key
    • In case of embarking the vehicle on a ship without written permission of the company
    • In case of accident the driver should immediately notify the company at the telephone
